Lunch ‘N’ Learn Webinar - Using the Development Relationships Framework to create connections with young people: The science behind the art of building relationships

Presenter: Lo Patrick, LCSW, Associate Director of Intensive Student Supports at Communities in Schools of Chicago

Overview: In this training we will learn about the Developmental Relationships Framework and how it supports the importance of relationships in the lives of young people. Participants will assess how the DR elements are a part of their current practice and how to use intentionality and inclusivity to strengthen their relationships with young people.

Learning Objectives:

  • To become familiar with elements of the Developmental Relationships Framework Learning.
  • To evaluate how the DR elements are a part of your current practice Learning.
  • To understand the importance of intentionality in relationship-building with young people Learning.
  • To identify ways to build relationships during virtual work.

Continuing Education Credits:

2.0 CEU’s are available for LCSW, LCPC, LSW, LPC, and QIDP

All other professionals are encouraged to check with their respective licensing boards for questions about whether this workshop meets criteria for continuing education credits.

Following the event, attendees will receive an email with a link to the online evaluation to complete.  Once the evaluation response window closes, CEU certificates will be emailed.  This process takes approximately 3 weeks following the event.
