IPHA Navigator Deep Dive - GATA Pre-Qualification Paperwork for State Contracts

Date: Thursday, February 3, 2022

Time: 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.

Location: Virtual

This training is part of IPHA's B2B Professional Development Series, provided in partnership with DCEO and partnering hubs.

Overview: DCEO and other state agencies have numerous grant programs throughout any given year - which require slightly more paperwork than the simplified COVID grants. So what does it take for a business to be a successful grantee in “normal” circumstances? This presentation will focus on the requirements under the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) from pre-application registration through grant compliance.

Speaker: Aly Grady, Central Illinois Regional Manager, DCEO

Aly Grady is a Central Illinois native and has served in state government roles for more than 20 years. She is currently the Central Illinois Regional Manager for the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity’s Regional Economic Development Team. With this position, Aly works with local governments, community partners, businesses, and other entities to serve the needs and promote the economic development of a 12-county region.
