Presenter:  Andrea Seratte, CPA, Executive Vice President for POC Network Technologies, Inc (PNT), dba TransactRx


Andrea Seratte, CPA, is a healthcare professional with 20+ years executive management experience.  In her role as Executive Vice President for POC Network Technologies she developed the country’s only Part D model for billing and transaction services for immunizing providers.  Today the Part D network has nearly 30,000 participating providers and is contracted will all major pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).  POC has expanded its technologies and services to include billing and technology for a variety of services and industry providers.   


Prior to joining POC Ms. Seratte established a consulting firm.  As a consultant, she provided services in the areas of business development, sales, revenue cycle management, managed care program/IPA product development, process improvement, program implementation and strategic planning. Her clients included several nationally recognized for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare organizations, as well as successful start-up companies, hospitals and physician practices.  Prior to consulting she held senior management and finance positons with local and national hospital organizations.  She was the CFO for Nova Care’s hospital division.  During her tenure, she opened 8 rehabilitation hospitals and acquired 5 additional facilities.  Ms. Seratte has a BS from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA. and she completed her accounting studies at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL.
