Cancellation Policy: Registration refunds will be issued, minus a $25 processing fee, if request for cancellation is received no later than September 1, 2019. No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2019.
Public health professionals and students are invited to submit poster abstracts about research, innovative approaches, and other timely topics, especially those supporting and complimenting the IPHA 78th Annual Conference theme, “Healthy by Design.” Do not miss this annual opportunity to share your work and/or research with your colleagues.
The poster session will be held on Thursday, September 12. Poster set up is scheduled for 7:00 – 8:00 am on Thursday, September 12. Presenters are expected to be at their poster during the designated times (8:00 – 9:00 am; 10:00 – 10:15 am; and 11:45 am– 12:00 pm) to interact with and answer questions from conference attendees. The poster session is intended to be casual and conversational; there will be no formal presentation. At least one presenter is required to be onsite for the entire poster session.

Attendees are eager to learn about your products, services and innovative concepts that can be integrated into the practice of public health.

The Illinois Public Health Association announces the availability of six (6) scholarships for the 2019-20 academic year for qualified graduate students in Public Health.
IPHA Scholarship for Graduate Study in Public Health:
Four scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each
Edith Heide Memorial Scholarship:
Two scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each

Overnight hotel room accommodations are the responsibility of the registrant. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate of rate of $85 per night for single occupancy; $100 per night for double occupancy. Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
