The IPHA HIV Third-Party Billing Grant invites you to attend the “Billing at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)” webinar, which will discuss the basic components of billing as an FQHC, including FQHC billing models and the importance of having multiple revenue streams as a health center.

Beth Fiorini is the Public Health Administrator and the Chief Executive Officer of the Whiteside County Health Department/Whiteside County Community Health Clinic in Rock Falls, Illinois. Beth obtained her Masters in Health Administration in 1993 from St. Francis College. Her early nursing career included pediatric nursing, Home Care, and then she was the Nursing Director of Whiteside County Health Department, where she has continued to work for the past 29 years. In 2001, Beth became the Whiteside County Health Department Administrator and she wrote for a BPHC 330 Community Health Center grant in 2005. The Whiteside County Community Health Clinic opened in 2006 and has continued to grow since then. Presently the clinic is serving approximately 13,500 unduplicated patients in medical, dental, behavioral health and substance abuse. Beth and her staff are known in northwestern rural Illinois for the Community Health Clinic’s Equality Clinic, PrEP/PEP Clinic, and substance abuse MAT Program, as well as trauma treatment with eight therapists trained in EMDR.
