IPHA continues to work with agencies across Illinois to address the budget crisis and the effect on human service providers. We will continue to raise awareness of the fundamental role of local public health. As a statewide association whose purpose it is to promote and protect the public health system in Illinois, we will work and advocate with any group that shares our vision to be “A high performing sustainable public health system in all areas of Illinois to achieve wellness and health equity.”
