April 8: Healthiest Nation Town Hall with U.S. Surgeon General and Students for National Public Health Week Student Day

APHA will celebrate National Public Health Week Student Day by hosting a tele-town hall featuring the U.S. Surgeon General Vice Admiral Vivek H. Murthy.

Join the discussion on how the U.S. becomes the healthiest nation via Google Hangout.

Students will have a chance to dialogue with the Nation's Top Doc and brainstorm on how to improve the health of our country. APHA Student Assembly Chair Suparna Navale, a doctoral student at Kent State University Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, will provide opening remarks and Tamar Klaiman, PhD, MPH will moderate the discussion.
