BCBSIL is offering another Provider Workshop to introduce their new Medicaid program, Blue Cross Community Health Plans (BCCHP). The workshop will feature an overview of their Medicaid product, member criteria, enrollment process, care coordination, contact and inquires process, provider trainings, appeals and grievances, critical incidents, provider duties and responsibilities.
