Starting Strong Illinois invites you to the latest in a series of webinars on the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This webinar will address the changing landscape of Medicaid in Illinoi and help take you through these exciting new advancements and respond to questions as you are experiencing this transition. Join to discuss the transition in Medicaid Managed Care plans and how these changes will affect providers and members alike, as well as troubleshooting Manage My Case and IES phase II.  HFS will serve as key presenters for this webinar. 

Learning Objectives - At the end of the webinar, participants will: 

  • Understand key dates and processes in the next round of transitions into Medicaid Managed Care 
  • Become familiar with the new Manage My Case (MMC) customer portal 
  • Ask key questions to HFS staff about Medicaid Managed Care and Manage My Case
