These are tough times, and many of us need some extra help. Everyone vaccinated at the community clinics listed above is eligible to receive a gift card.

One-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine

  • full $100 gift card on the day of vaccination.

Two-shot Pfizer or Moderna vaccines

  • $50 with their first dose and $50 with their second-dose.
