NACCHO has developed a webinar series focused on financial management for local health departments. The first session will be held on December 9, 2021, 1:00 – 2:00pm ET


"Over the past two years, NACCHO has researched and interviewed local health departments to uncover the innovative ways that they finance programs and address funding shortages. NACCHO used this information to develop six 'Innovation Snapshots' of guidance and case studies to help LHDs adopt these strategies in their own work."

  • Working with community-based organizations, Xandria Hair, Director of Community Mobilization at Cook County Department of Public Health
