Alzheimer’s Early Detection Grant - Radio Interview with Dr. Tracey Smith

Last week, Dr. Tracey Smith, IPHA Director of Community Health, was interviewed live on WMAY radio as part of our Alzheimer’s Early Detection grant. Actor Chris Hemsworth recently announced that genetic testing showed he has a rare genetic trait linked to Alzheimer’s. This has sparked widespread media interest and was an opportunity for us to provide timely education on early warning signs and lifestyle changes that can lessen risk and slow progression.
