Most data we collect are used only to help us better serve our members and visitors. It is our policy to collect and store only information that our members and visitors knowingly provide.
Website Visitors
We collect aggregate data such as total site visitors, page views, etc. This data may be used for website improvement, internal analysis, program evaluation and validation. No personally identifiable information is utilized for these purposes.
We collect an IP address from all visitors to our website. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our site, analyze trends, track users' movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. For your protection, we recommend that you do not provide your password to anyone. Member Directory
All active IPHA members are included in the Member Directory, if desired. The directory is accessible only to enrolled members. The member directory includes your name, email address, work and home phone numbers, information you have entered in your member profile about your education, schools attended, special interest section(s), and committees. If you do not want to be listed in the member directory, you may opt out by visiting your profile page on www.ipha.com.

IPHA does not disclose credit card account information provided by its members and customers except as follows: When members and customers choose to pay using their credit cards, IPHA submits the necessary information to effect payment to the appropriate clearinghouse, using encryption.
