Description
It can be difficult to think about medical emergencies and illness. Learn how to start the conversation with care and intention. By planning ahead, you and your clients can be empowered to ensure that wishes are heard and followed. You will leave the session with the tools and documents to create your own advance directive or to assist a client in completing theirs. This workshop will encourage participants to consider their wishes for their medical care in the future, in emergencies, and for end-of-life care, and ensure those wishes are legally documented.
