Description

This session looks at where AI can genuinely lighten the load for community health workers and where it should stay out of the way. We'll walk through practical, low-cost uses CHWs and their supervisors can try right away, including drafting client follow-up notes, translating and plain-languaging materials, prepping for home visits, and pulling together referral and resource information. We'll also cover the guardrails that matter in CHW work, such as privacy, cultural context, and keeping the trusted human relationship at the center. Attendees will leave with concrete examples and a short list of first steps they can take with their teams.
