Alzheimer’s Association CHW Education Series
Training Description
This virtual education series provides basic information about Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Series topics include early warning signs of cognitive decline, benefits of early detection, connection to support resources upon diagnosis, cognitive screening, and more! If you are a CHW and want to apply for HRSA funding to cover expenses, CHW Basic 101 Training must be completed.

10 weekly sessions starting October 1, 2024-December 10, 2024 (10:00 AM-12:00 PM)
- No session on November 26, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving holiday
- Final Session December 12, 2024 (8:00 AM-4:30 PM)
