Empowering CHW Supervisors: A Comprehensive Guide to Supervisory Training 101
Training Description
This is an upskilling training for CHWs who are supervisors or managers of CHW teams. This training will provide an overview of best practices when it comes to operational and administrative management of teams. Topics will include hiring, conflict management, data collection, resource management and how to best serve and help your team. CHW Basics 101 Training is required to register.

- Live virtual sessions will be held from 8:45 AM-4:30 PM on October 9th and October 10th
Cost
- $350 (includes book related costs)
