Description
This presentation introduces a training module designed for Community Health Workers (CHWs) and interns focusing on Maternal and Child Health (MCH). The module equips CHWs with culturally responsive knowledge and tools to address key health challenges affecting mothers and children, including prenatal care, environmental and social determinants of health, nutrition, and early childhood development. Special attention is given to strategies for effective community engagement, health promotion, and supporting positive health outcomes in underserved populations. This presentation focuses on an overview of the March of Dimes environmental report.
