(2) Eligibility& Benefits and Claims & Reconsideration
The UHC Provider Portal gives you instant access to the latest eligibility and benefits information in real time. We will demonstrate how you can quickly check coverage dates, policy information, detailed benefits information and get a copy of the digital ID card. You can also get the most up-to-date claims status and payment information, and the ability to submit your claim reconsideration requests or appeal a decision.
(3) My Practice Profile
We will guide you on how My Practice Profile can be used for demographic and location updates for certain physicians, physician groups and allied health professional groups that are not using a roster process to manage updates.
