Training Review

"Miriam’s wealth of experience in effectively leading others was quite evident during our management team’s time with her. Effective supervision and leadership are skills that require a certain art form. This training helped us to think differently about change management, conflict resolution, providing feedback, boosting morale and so much more. Miriam made the training fun and interesting, with many personal stories from her career and insights gleaned from many resources. I would highly recommend the hybrid supervisory skills training to any agency interested in strengthening their leadership. The combination of a one-day training, followed by three one-hour Zoom sessions, kept us engaged and motivated. Definitely worth the investment!"
