What You’ll Do
• Provide Care: Administer pediatric and adult immunizations
• Assess Needs: Conduct health, developmental, and psychosocial assessments
• Plan & Follow Up: Develop care plans and ensure continuity of services
• Educate: Deliver culturally appropriate health information to individuals and groups
• Collaborate: Work with the nursing team to coordinate client care
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate documentation of all client interactions
• Community Outreach: Participate in outreach activities and public health initiatives.
Programs include Immunizations, TB, Lead, Lab, WIC, and STI prevention. Knowledge of state and federal public health regulations required.
