Gear Up and Give Back!
Gear up for the conference with our official T-shirts, available for $30! It's a simple way to celebrate 85 years of conferencing with us. Then, give back by entering our travel raffle, sponsored by the Illinois Primary Health Care Association, for a chance to win one of five getaway packages with proceeds supporting scholarships for students entering the public health workforce. Raffle tickets are $20 for one, $50 for three, or $100 for ten, with entries closing September 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM. We'll announce the winner live at the conference!

This Year's Community Service Activity: Birthday Kits
As part of our birthday celebration, we will come together to assemble 100 birthday kits for neighbors served by the Central Illinois Foodbank. Join us from 4:00 – 5:30 PM on September 2nd to help build kits!
Each kit includes:
- Cake mix
- Frosting
- 9x13 baking dish
- Soda (for a classic 7UP cake)
- Birthday plates and napkins
- Balloons
- Candles
- A birthday card
- A recipe card
Sponsored by Springfield-based M.J. Kellner Co., Inc., this hands-on service activity embodies our conference theme, Together We Thrive; a reminder that when we work together, our communities are stronger and healthier.
An Evening to Celebrate
Celebrate with us at our evening social event from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on September 2nd! The night features dinner and drinks, high-energy entertainment from Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos, and photo-op fun at the Springfield Photo Booth Rental. A special shout-out goes to Meridian Health Plan, Patagonia Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Illinois Rural Health Association, and Rosalind Franklin University Medicine and Science for helping make our social event come to life. We'll close out the celebration with a special birthday cake marking eight and a half decades of advancing public health in Illinois.
