Alzheimer’s Education Series
Join us for an educational opportunity! The Alzheimer’s Education series is a virtual 10-session education series that provides basic information about Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Series topics include early warning signs of cognitive decline, benefits of early detection, connection to support resources upon diagnosis, cognitive screening, and more! This education opportunity is open to all! Interested CHWs can apply for an HRSA stipend to assist in the completion of this education series.

Cost
Tuition: $700 per person
Book Fee: $16.95 plus postage
TOTAL: $725
Requirement
If you are a CHW and want to apply for HRSA funding to cover expenses, CHW Basic training must be completed.
