Education Series Description
This virtual education series provides basic information about Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Series topics include early warning signs of cognitive decline, benefits of early detection, connection to support resources upon diagnosis, cognitive screening, and more!

- April 19 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
- April 22 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
- May 1 from 9:00 AM-10:30 AM
NOTE: Participants must attend all days to earn a certificate of completion!

- To apply for the HRSA stipend to cover the cost of this education series, please send an email to chwsupport@ipha.com. The CHW training team will be in contact with you to see if you qualify. CHW Basics 101 Training certificate is required for this option.
- If you are with an IPHA eligible CBO, please contact your grant manager for cost and registration information.
