American Heart Association Approaches To and Tools for Supporting Community Health

The mission of the American Heart Association is to build a world of longer, healthier lives. To that end, we strive to meet people where they are and speak with a trustworthy voice – goals embodied by Community Health Workers. Attendees can expect to receive information about American Heart Association resources and strategies to build a lasting impact on community health. Those resources will include both those that can support further professional development and growth and those that can be used to educate the public at large.
