CHW Chronic Kidney Disease Navigator Training
Training Description
This training fills a gap in the broader Community Health Worker training curriculum with a first-of-its-kind curriculum for kidney failure. In this course, you will complete six (6) self-paced online modules that discuss how to help reduce the risk of kidney disease and empower people to take charge of their health while understanding their treatment options. To earn a certificate of completion, you must attend a final in-person session on August 21, 2024, at IPHA’s CHW Pre-Summit workshop. Space for this training is limited to no more than 15 people.

- This is a virtual asynchronous training. The online modules are self-paced and must be completed during this time frame! Access to self-paced online modules using our Learning Management System (LMS) beings before the first day.
