Upcoming Events

This training incorporates the 13 national core CHW competencies to prepare individuals to serve as CHWs. The training includes self-paced online modules and live virtual Zoom sessions that are both required to earn certification.

Dates and Times

Live virtual sessions will be held from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM on January 17^th, January 19^th, January 24^th, January 31^st, and February 2^nd.

Self-paced online module access begins on January 10, 2024

Cost

Tuition: $500 per person

Book Fee: $130 (includes S&H)

Total: $630

If you are eligible, you can apply for a HRSA stipend to assist in the completion of this training.
