The Basics
Training Description
This training incorporates the 13 national core CHW competencies to prepare individuals to serve as CHWs. The training includes self-paced online modules and live virtual Zoom sessions that are both required to earn certification.
Dates and Times
- Live virtual sessions will be held from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM on March 13th, March 15th, March 18th, March 20th, and March 22nd.
- Access to self-paced online modules using our Learning Management System (LMS) beings the week of March 11th.
Cost
- $650 (includes book related costs)
How To Register

- To pay full price for the training, click on the registration button at the top of this page.
- To apply for the HRSA stipend to cover the cost of this training, please send an email to chwsupport@ipha.com. Add in the subject line "CHW 101 Training". The CHW training team will be in contact with you to see if you qualify.
- If you are with an IPHA eligible CBO, please contact your grant manager for cost and registration information.
