Training Review:
"Miriam’s wealth of experience in effectively leading others was quite evidentduring our management team’s time with her. Effective supervision andleadership are skills that require a certain artform. This training helped us tothink differently about change management, conflict resolution, providingfeedback, boosting morale and so much more. Miriam made the training funand interesting, with many personal stories from her career and insightsgleaned from many resources. I would highly recommend the hybridsupervisory skills training to any agency interested in strengthening theirleadership. The combination of a one-day training, followed by three one-hour Zoom sessions, kept us engaged and motivated. Definitely worth theinvestment!"
