The IPHA Annual Meeting poster presentations should be aligned with this year’s theme of strengthening partnerships and trust in public health. Additional possible topics for consideration include:

• Civic Engagement
• Social Determinants of Health (i.e., Healthy Neighborhoods, health care access
• and quality, social and community context, access to healthy food)
• Reproductive and Sexual Health
• Health Equity
• The future of the public health workforce

Poster Session Guidelines
A Poster Session is a graphic presentation of your research. The Poster Session will take place during the Networking Lunch on November 19. Poster Presenters are encouraged to engage in discussions with attendees who are circulating among the poster boards.

• Poster presenters must be members of IPHA and they must register for the meeting.
• Student members must identify a faculty mentor on their proposal submission.
• The poster session will be from 12:30 PM to 2:15 PM on November 19.
• Presenters shouldbe ready to present approximately 15 minutes before the poster session begins.
• Posters should be set up by 11:30 AM on November 19 and should be taken down within 30 minutes after the end of the Day 1 sessions or not later than 7:30 PM at the conclusion of the IPHA reception.

Posters should be no larger than 36” x 48” in size and must be mounted or have sufficient backing (i.e., foam core) to ensure they will sit on an easel. Easels will be provided for posters.
