IPHA Working with Shriver Center to Require Payment of Family Case Management Funds

The Illinois Public Health Association has been working with the Sargent Shriver Poverty Law Center in Chicago to ask the court to declare that the Family Case Management program is part of the State’s Medicaid program and order that providers be paid for their services.

Interested Family Case Management providers may submit affidavits. A template for local health departments is available here and a template for community-based organizations is available here
